Affirmed a custody modification based on one parent's egregious conduct endangering the child's welfare. In a separate opinion, Judge Chezem concluded that "parental alienation syndrome" has no objective criteria to determine its validity or reliability, has not been subjected to peer review, and has not gained general acceptance in the relevant scientific communities.
